Export

In order to ship any of our products out of the United States our State Department requires our company to obtain
an export license. In order to get an export license we will need the following paperwork from you:

1.     Purchase Order/Order which must include:
        • Caliber / Item
        • Quantity
        • U.S. dollar amount
        • End user
        • End use, ex: personal, resale, etc.

2.     Import Permit:
        • If your country does not require any import authorization,
          then we will need an official document stating such with an official government stamp.
        • Canada does not require such a document but you can obtain an International Import Certificate
          from your country that will satisfy our requirement, call 1-800-267-8376.


2.     DSP-83 for quantities over 50 only:
          Download the form from: www.pmddte.state.gov/docs/dsp83.pdf.
          Sections 2 through 7 must be completed with a seal. There are directions for the form when you download it.


All documents supplied must agree in terms of quantity, item, dollar amount and end user exactly.
We may begin the paperwork with copies of these documents but we must have the originals before we can ship the order.
It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to get the approval of the export license from the time your paperwork is completely received.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs as well as an export license fee of $25.
(**Effective 9/1/08 the export license fee will increase to $50**).
Payment can be made by check, credit card, wire transfer (additional $23 fee), or money order.
Payment must be in full prior to shipping.
